This is my first official digi pak:
For my background behind the CD's I chose to screen shot from my video and then add a 3D effect, which could help create synergy throughout my digi pak and video, so it makes it all look like the same product from the same band.
I did this for all the other elements of the digi pak, excluding the front cover, which was hand drawn. I felt like it created a sense of unity through out my products.
However, the digi pak did not work well together. The back panels with the CD worked well as it suited however, two images are identical but the back cover is in full cover colour and the left inside is in black and white with only the red and amber lights showing.
I don't believe that this looks convincing as a digi pak as it doesn't work together in sync and just looks like different images made into a digi pak.
AUDIENCE FEEDBACK:
I asked a potential target audience member to give feedback on my first digi pak, by asking:
-what she likes about the digi pak?
-what could be improved about the digi pak?
First Mock up
To fully see the process of my digi pak I first of all drew it up onto a piece of paper to really gather perspective on how I would design it.
