CREATING MY BAND TITLE AND FRONT COVER

I designed these images simply because the song I have chosen is 'Helter Skelter'. I believed this was the easiest way for my digi pak to correspond with my music video as a helter skelter is featured many times within my music video. I finally decided with image 1, as i believed it was the most effective on paper, as the font was clear and the colours worked, but I also believed that it would work the best on photoshop, with a black background. But there are 2 other images, to see the progress I made when deciding

To figure out which logo I was going to use I designed a few hand written ones and the got feedback for them:

I then did another sheet and got my target audience to tally the band name design that they liked best:

IMAGE 1:
this first image I designed was to simply show off the helter skelter and the logo. I then added the red and blue lines to the drawing to make it look 3D, as that's what I was planning to do on photoshop.

                                                                     IMAGE 2:
this second image I went for the red to try and make it stand out more and to add more colour to the whole image. I also placed the band name on the slide and put a temporary album name on the body of the helter skelter. However, I did not like where the band name was placed as I felt like it was too small to identify.

                                                                       IMAGE 3:
this image I stayed with the red, but went with the original placing of the band name, but I don't think it looked effective enough and, it didn't stand out as much as the others.
